1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023 No. 1538 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and about modification of rates of the export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 39, the Art. 7046):
a) add with Item 3 (2) the following content:
"3(2). The export customs duties specified in Item 1 of this resolution are not applied to the goods classified by code of 2702 CN FEA EEU provided that in the next calendar month average value of the actual export price on the specified goods for the period of monitoring of the actual export prices (further - monitoring of the prices) on such goods does not exceed 63 US dollars for ton. The period of monitoring of the prices is the period which is beginning with the 26th of the calendar month preceding calendar month in which such period of monitoring of the prices comes to the end, and coming to the end the 25th (inclusive) of the calendar month preceding calendar month of application of rate of export customs duty. Average value of the actual export price for the period of monitoring of goods prices, 2702 CN FEA EEU classified by code, is determined as arithmetic-mean value of the actual export prices on the specified goods for all days in such period of monitoring of the prices.
