About modification of the Order of the Government No. 194/2017 about approval of rates for services of judicial and extrajudicial examinations
The government DECIDES:
1. In the Order of the Government No. 194/2017 about approval of rates for services of judicial and extrajudicial examinations (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 109-118, 273), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. add Item 1 with subitem 1-1) of the following content:
"1-1) Rates for the services of genetic examination provided by the Center of technical and criminalistic and judicial examinations of the General inspectorate of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to appendix No. 1-1;";
1.2. add with appendix No. 1-1 of the following content:

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
