About modification of the technical processing rules of customs declarations approved by the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 562-O/2023
Based on Article 162 of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, No. 219-225, the Art. 238), with subsequent changes, and Item 641 of the Regulations on implementation of the Customs code No. 95/2021, approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 93-96, 193), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to the Art.:
1. In the technical processing rules of customs declarations approved by the Order No. 562-O/2023 of the director of Customs Service (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 527-531, of the Art. 1323), to make the following changes:
1) in Item 39 the second offer to exclude;
Item 43 to state 2) in the following edition:
"43. In case of purpose of the declaration or routing along the yellow or red channel of customs control the official of customs authority notifies the customs applicant / the customs representative through SIAW on need of goods placement under transit customs procedure for presentation of goods on internal customs clearance station".
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
