1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1118 "Questions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 15:
27) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"27) ensuring realization of foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of international cooperation on counteraction to terrorism and human trafficking;";
add with subitems 27-1), 27-2), 27-3), 27-4), 27-5), 27-6), 27-7), 27-8) and 27-9) of the following content:
"27-1) ensuring protection of the rights and interests of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who became the victims of human trafficking abroad;
27-2) taking measures to providing with the relevant documents and return to the Republic of Kazakhstan of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the minors, refugees recognized by the Republic of Kazakhstan and the persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Republic of Kazakhstan, became the victims of human trafficking abroad;
27-3) taking measures to the prevention of human trafficking;
27-4) participation in risks assessment in the field of counteraction to human trafficking and the introduction of offers on their minimization according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
27-5) participation in the redirection of the victims of human trafficking for rendering to them the help and provision of special social services according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
27-6) informing law-enforcement bodies on the facts which became known for it the preparing or committed crimes connected with human trafficking;
