in the Rules of carrying out and use of the analysis of regulatory impact approved by the specified order:
State paragraph 3-1 in the following edition:
"Paragraph 3-1. The analysis of the existing regulatory acts
17-1. The analysis of the existing regulatory acts is carried out by the regulating state bodies / органами-разработчиками to the terms established in the register of mandatory requirements.
17-2. Subject of the analysis of the existing regulatory acts is assessment of their efficiency, including achievement of stated purposes of state regulation and compliance to conditions of forming of mandatory requirements, the stipulated in Article 81-1 Code, and to the principles of interaction of subjects of entrepreneurship and the state.
17-3. The analysis is carried out by the regulating state bodies / органами-разработчиками by means of accomplishment of the following consecutive actions:
1) filling of assessment of conformity to conditions of forming of regulatory tools and (or) requirements for form according to appendix 2 to these rules;
2) filling of analytical form of the analysis of the regulatory act according to appendix 3-1 to these rules;
3) holding procedure of the analysis of regulatory impact according to subitems 3) and 4) Item 6 of these rules.
