About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances" on some questions connected with search of persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances, in particular during action in Ukraine of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2018, No. 38, Art. 280 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. In Article 11 part one:
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8) education in coordination with National police of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection, protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations and prevention of their origin, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and coordination of work of search groups (humanitarian missions) which activities are sent to search for persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances, their remains, search and fixing of places of burial of such persons, carrying out withdrawal of bodies (remains) the died (died) persons and export of their remains, implementation of search actions in areas of holding the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, and in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine";
in Item 9 of the word "temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine";
add with Item 13 of the following content:
