In recent years in our country system measures for fight against drug trafficking, their analogs and psychotropic substances, and also strong substances are performed.
Today in connection with increase in drug trafficking, their analogs and psychotropic substances with involvement of minors and by use of networks of telecommunications and the world information Internet, review of measures of responsibility for these offenses is required.
At the same time there is need of toughening of responsibility for these types of offenses for the purpose of application of punishments according to concept of justice for distribution or advertizing of the materials illegally propagandizing drugs, their analogs or psychotropic substances, and also strong substances.
This Law measures of responsibility for drug trafficking, their analogs or psychotropic substances with use of networks of telecommunications and the world information Internet, making of these crimes with involvement of minors amplify, and also administrative and criminal liability for illegal acquisition, storage, transportation or transfer of drugs, their analogs or psychotropic substances, strong and toxic agents without sales objective is established.
This Law will serve the prevention of promotion or advertizing of drugs, their analogs or psychotropic substances, and also strong and toxic agents and their illicit trafficking.
