In our country number of the reforms directed to reducing poverty by creation of additional conveniences to use of the state services in the field of employment, ensuring openness and transparency by means of digitalization of this sphere, enhancement of the labor law, support of the unemployed and their professional training and employment of the population consistently is implemented.
At the same time for the purpose of increase in efficiency of reforms in the field of employment and further streamlining of the measures directed to social support and assistance of employment of the population there is need of reflection of new regulations for the legislation, and also transformations of number of republican executive bodies within administrative reforms and entering into legal acts of the corresponding changes concerning refining of official names of these bodies and their subordinated organizations.
This Law makes changes and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About employment of the population", the representations by persons who are looking for work, excessive documents in bodies for work, enhancement of procedure for granting of subsidies for stimulation of employment and involvement in entrepreneurship, and also the establishing conditions of electronic submission by employers in local authorities on work monthly of data on availability of vacancies, information on the forthcoming release of workers providing non-admission. Besides, names of the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty and the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan are specified, and also persons which were affected by spousal (household) assault join in socially vulnerable category of the population.
