About procedure for establishment and use of strips of withdrawal of federal highways

According to the Land code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of establishment and use of strips of withdrawal of federal highways.

2. Determine that in need of withdrawal by the redemption of the parcels of land for needs of the Russian Federation for the purpose of placement of federal highways Federal Highway Agency:

a) makes the decision on withdrawal by the redemption of the parcels of land necessary for forming of strip of withdrawal of the federal highway;

b) signs in coordination with Federal agency on management of federal property or its territorial authority the relevant agreements on the redemption of the parcels of land in federal property;

c) has the right to authorize to perform the actions specified in the subitem "b" of this Item, the federal state institutions which are under its authority.

Rules of establishment and use of strips of withdrawal of federal highways
