1.1. State Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The legal entities specified in Items 1, 3 - 7, the 11 and 12 article 4 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 224-FZ (further - legal entities), shall transfer the list of insiders to the organizer of trade through whom financial instrument transactions, by foreign currency and (or) goods (further - the organizer of trade), according to its requirement signed by person performing functions of sole executive body of the organizer of trade, or person authorized by it (are made further in case of joint mentioning - the authorized person of the organizer of trade) and containing date as of which the list of insiders shall be constituted by the legal entity, received by the method allowing to confirm the fact of its obtaining by the legal entity, except for case, stipulated in Item 1(1) these Instructions.".
