About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" concerning marking of medicines

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 22, Art. 86 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. Add Article 12 with parts eleven and the twelfth the following content:

"Drawing on internal and external is forbidden (in the presence) to packaging of medicines of any information of advertizing nature, and also any information on other legal entities or physical persons which are not producer of medicine or the applicant (the owner of the registration certificate) on medicine. Requirements of this part do not extend to medicines which are imported on the territory of Ukraine with the marking and the Instruction about application / the short characteristic of medicine stated in original language (language, excellent from State), by results of the purchase which is carried out by person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care, or the purchase which is carried out with involvement of person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care for means of local budgets and/or by results of the procurement procedure which is carried out by the specialized organization which conducts procurement in pursuance of the purchase agreement between the central executive body of Ukraine providing forming and realizes state policy in the field of health care, and the relevant specialized organization conducting procurement; the medicines imported on the territory of Ukraine as the humanitarian assistance; the unregistered medicines which import to the territory of Ukraine is resolved in the cases determined by article 17 of this Law.
