About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 17, 2024 No. 492

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 17, 2024 No. 492 "About application in 2024 of rates of payment for negative impact on the environment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 17, the Art. 2345).

1. In the name of the word "in 2024" shall be replaced with words "in 2024 and 2025".
2. Third Item 1 to state the paragraph in edition:
"rates of payment for negative impact on the environment according to appendix, except for rates of payment for negative impact on the environment for the pollutants specified in Items 1, of 2, 4 - 7, 9, 15, 18, 20 - 25, 27 - 28 and 30 - 39 Sections I "Rates of payment for emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air by stationary sources" and Items 1 - the 14th Section II "Rate of payment for dumpings of pollutants into water objects" of appendix to this resolution which are applied since January 1, 2025".
3. Add with Item 1 (1) the following content:
"1(1). Determine that concerning the territories and objects which are under special protection according to the Federal Laws, the rates of payment for negative impact on the environment specified in paragraph three of Item 1 of this resolution are applied with use of additional coefficient 2.".
4. Add with appendix of the following content:
"Appendix
to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 17, 2024 No. 492
