1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the questions regulating procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease, economic maintaining, operational management, free temporary use" of September 24, 2021 No. 183 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in item 4:
state subitem 15 in the following edition:
"15) regulations of Electronic trading platform - the set of the rules determining operating procedure and accreditations of the operator of Electronic trading platform, the obligation of the operator of Electronic trading platform by registration of applicants on Electronic trading platform and to the admission of participants to bidding procedure, specifications and parameters for connection to Electronic trading platform approved by authorized body;";
state subitem 19 in the following edition:
"19) the register of lease agreements of state-owned property - the unified register of the prisoners changed and who stopped the action of lease agreements of state-owned property which is kept by authorized body in electronic format;";
add with the subitem 20 of the following content:
