About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2023 No. 154
Based on the paragraph of the fourth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 "About licensing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 213-Z
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for representation and lists of the documents and (or) data necessary for decision making concerning licensing, requirements to the submitted documents and (or) data approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2023 No. 154, the following changes:
in Item 70:
the fourth subitem 70.1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"data on the amount of overdue obligations (obligations which completion date came) and on the total amount of obligations of the license applicant (licensee) on the first of submission of documents;";
in subitem 70.2:
in part one:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"calculation of values of coefficients of security of obligations with property and overdue obligations on the first of submission of documents;";
add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"the copy of the certificate of compliance of system of information security of information system to requirements for information security (in case of the request for change of the license in connection with amendment by its services specified in subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of article 272 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About licensing" constituting the licensed type of activity)".;
the second after the words "specified in" to add part with words "paragraphs the second or fourth";
state Item 71 in the following edition:
"71. For decision making about provision (change) of the license the licensing body in accordance with the established procedure requests the following data:
