About introduction of amendments to the Law on estimative activities No. 989/2002

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on estimative activities No. 989/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 102, of the Art. 773), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Agency of Land Relations and Inventory" shall be replaced with words "the central administrative authority in the field of the inventory of real estate" in the corresponding case.

2. In Article 1:

in the concept "certificate of the appraiser" of the word "real estate (further – the Commission on certification)" to exclude;

in the concept "valuation report" change concerns only the text in Romanian;

in the concept "the estimated cost" of the word of "evaluation methods" shall be replaced with words "approaches to assessment,".

3. In Article 3:

in Item b) change concerns only the text in Romanian;

Items e) and g) state in the following edition:

"e) securities, other financial instruments, with respect for the features provided by the Law on the capital market No. 171/2012 and regulations of the National commission on the financial market;";

"g) real estate in the course of construction (future property) which is at stage of completion of construction in 50 and more percent of readiness;";

add Article with Item h) the following content:

"h) other objects.".

4. In Article 5:

in part (3) the first offer to add with the words "or autonomous bodies of the public power.";

in part (4):

in Item a) words" (confiscations, including owing to insolvency of the owner of object, etc.);" shall be replaced with words ", being public property;";
