About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Add the code with Article 47-1 of the following content:
"Article 47-1. Passive electoral corruption
(1) Claim on obtaining, consent to accept or acceptance (capture) personally by the voter or through the intermediary of property, services, privileges or benefits in any form which are not due to it, for themselves or for other person for the purpose of realization or not realization of the voting rights during elections, including regional if act is not crime,

(2) part Provisions (1) this Article do not extend to the property specified in part (3) article 181-1 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002.

2. Part (Article 401 after the words "provided by Articles" to add 1) with figures "471,".
3. Part (Article 441 to add 1) with Item h) the following content:
"h) discharge for offense is provided by the relevant article of the special part of the book of the first.".
Art. II. – Item 12 of article III of the Law on modification of some regulations (introduction of amendments to the Criminal code and the Code about offenses) No. 136/2024 (2024, Art. No. 245-246, 353) to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.
Art. III. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
