About introduction of amendments to the Law on assessment and accreditation in health care system No. 552/2001
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on assessment and accreditation in health care system No. 552/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 155-157, 1234), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word "organization/company" (except Article 114), "organization and the company", "organization and the company of health care" shall be replaced with words "the supplier of medical services" in the corresponding number and case.
2. In article 2 to state the concept "accreditation" of the following edition:
"accreditation – the procedure by means of which the national authority by assessment and accreditation in health care system in official procedure recognizes that the supplier of medical services and its personnel are competent to perform specific types of activity on the profile according to standards and the laws in the field of medicine and pharmacy;".
3. Part (Article 5 to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) the Material and technical resources of suppliers of medical services shall correspond to provisions of current laws.".
4. Changes in part (1) Article 6 concern only the text in Romanian, and in Article 7 of the word "personnel of such organizations and companies", shall be replaced with words "personnel of those,".
5. In part (2) Article 9:
changes in Item c) concern only the text in Romanian;
in Item d) words "medical and pharmaceutical institutions / companies;" shall be replaced with words "suppliers of medical services;".
6. In Article 10:
in part (the words "and within at least two days" to exclude 4);
part ("Regulations on carrying out assessment procedure and accreditation in health care system" to add 5) after words with words ", the approved Ministry of Health,".
7. In Article 11:
changes in part (1) concern only the text in Romanian;
