3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 2, 2013 No. 84 "About the Order of registration and accounting of colonies".

Order of registration of colonies on stationary and nomadic apiaries in the territory of settlements and dekhot

1. General provisions

1. The order of registration of colonies of stationary and nomadic apiaries in the territory of settlements and dekhot (further - the Procedure) determines procedure and requirements to registration of colonies on stationary and nomadic apiaries in the territory of settlements and dekhot.

2. Registration of colonies is carried out for the purpose of collection and data analysis, and also creation of the single information database in the field of beekeeping and its condition.

3. Accomplishment of provisions of the Procedure is obligatory for all physical persons and legal entities which are engaged in beekeeping activities.

2. Registration of colonies on stationary and nomadic apiaries in the territory of settlements and dekhot and diagnostics of colonies

4. Registration of colonies on stationary and nomadic apiaries in the territory of settlements and dekhot is made by municipalities of domicile of settlements and dekhot in books of accounting of jamias (No. form 1).

5. Registration of colonies on stationary and nomadic apiaries is made in March once a year.

6. Registration of colonies on stationary and nomadic apiaries in the territory of settlements and dekhot is carried out by municipalities of domicile of settlements and dekhot based on the veterinary and sanitary passport of apiary of beehive of colonies.

7. Diagnostics of colonies is carried out in the local centers of diagnostics of food security by authorized state body in the field of food security in March for the purpose of prevention of diseases of colonies once a year and the centers of diagnostics of food security of the cities and areas issue the veterinary and sanitary passport of apiary of beehive of colonies.

8. The centers for ensuring food security in the cities and areas shall carry out timely diagnostics beehive of colonies which records are made in books of jamias (No. form 1) according to the list of self-government institutions of settlements and dekhot.

3. Procedure for submission of the report on registration of colonies on stationary and nomadic apiaries in the territory of settlements and dekhot

9. Self-government institutions of settlements and dekhot shall sum up annually the results about the number of colonies and represent it to authorized state body in the field of statistics till May 1 of the corresponding year.

10. Self-government institutions of settlements and dekhot provide information on production of beekeeping in authorized state bodies in the field of statistics monthly from May 1 to December 30.

11. Physical persons or legal entities bear responsibility according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan for non-compliance with provisions of this Procedure.
