Of December 28, 2006 No. 589 "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan" to make the following changes and additions to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:
1. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Establish the extreme number of employees of central office of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 177 units (without service personnel).".
2. in appendix 1:
- state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan (further the Ministry) is the central executive body and participates in development of state policy on development of all socially economic industries of the country and carries out the tasks connected with development and realization of state policy and legal regulation in the field of the analysis and development of concepts, documents of strategic planning, perspective of economic and social development of the country for the short-term, medium-term and long-term periods, foreign economic activity, trade, development of digital and green economy, economic development of regions of patents and forming of information resources, and also coordination of questions of carrying out monitoring, assessment of implementation of national development strategies, decrease in level of poverty and programs of the state investments.";
- in paragraphs five and pole of Item 5 of the word "strategy" and "industry and regional development programs" respectively shall be replaced with words "documents of strategic planning" and "documents of strategic planning of national, industry and local levels";
- add Item 5 with paragraphs the fourth, the fifth, the sixth, seventh and eighth the following content:
