1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2019 No. 395 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public procurements of goods (works, services)":
in paragraph eleven of subitem 1.8 of the word "construction of facilities" shall be replaced with words "accomplishment of contract works";
in subitem 1.9:
paragraphs two and the fourth to add with the offer of the following content: "For determination of the supplier the customer (organizer) carries out studying of market situation according to the procedure, established by authorized state body on public procurements;";
the thirteenth to add the paragraph with the offer of the following content: "For determination of the contractor the customer (organizer) carries out studying of market situation according to the procedure, established by authorized state body on public procurements;";
