About introduction of amendments to the Order No. 76-O/2024 on modification of appendix No. 16 to the Order of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 on approval of the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration

No. 219-225, 238), and also following the results of the meeting organized on platform of the Ministry of Finance 9.08. 2024, with representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization and Customs Service I ORDER:
1. Cancel item 5 of the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 76-O/2024 on modification of appendix No. 16 to the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 on approval of the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration.
2. To management of development and information security to enter corresponding changes into the Information system "Asycuda World".
3. To impose control over execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control.
4. This order becomes effective since 1.09.2024 and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
