About modification of the Regulations on implementation of depository and clearing activity and ensuring implementation of payment under transactions concerning securities the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 13, of 17, 20 Laws of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", for the purpose of extension of the list of depositors and clients who are serviced by the National Bank of Ukraine during implementation of depository activity of depository institution by it the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Chapter 3 of the Section I of the Regulations on implementation of depository and clearing activity and ensuring the implementation of payment under transactions concerning securities the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 21, 2017 No. 140 (with changes), the following changes:

1) the subitem 2 of Item 12 after words of "National Bank" to add with words "nominee holders;";

2) in Item 13:

to add Item after subitem 1 with new subitem 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1) accounting of securities, the rights to securities is also right on the securities belonging to clients of the nominee holder, and also clients of the client of the nominee holder, servicing of security circulation and corporate transactions of issuers on accounts in securities of nominee holders;";
