I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 28, 2024 No. 231 "About approval of Rules of conducting investigation of veterinary science" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 34668) the following change:
in the Rules of conducting investigation of veterinary science approved by the specified order:
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. Data on the candidate for the independent expert / interested persons go to territorial subdivisions in time, not exceeding three working days from the date of receipt of the request specified in Item 10 of these rules.".
2. To provide to committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
