The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) such changes:

1. In Item 32:

add subitem 4 with the subitem "n" of the following content:

"m) tactical earphones special military, classified in commodity subcategory 8518 30 00 90 according to UKT foreign trade activities";

the tenth subitem 5 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"radio-electronic sensors and counteractions to unmanned aerial vehicles which are classified in goods item 8543 according to UKT foreign trade activities, including antidronovy guns".

2. Add with Items 87-1 and 88-1 of the following content:

"87-1. Temporarily, for action of the warlike situation in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX, but no more than till January 1, 2026, are exempted from taxation on transaction value added on import to customs area of Ukraine (including movement (transfer) in international post and express departures) in customs regime of commodity import, determined by Item 9-36 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine.
