About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About courts and judges"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 5 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About courts and judges" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1997, No. 5, Article 413 (volume I) to make the following changes:
1.1. According to Article 86:
1.1.1. to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 86. Organization of activity of the courts";
1.1.2. after the word "increase" in part one to add with words "(based on the appeal of Judicial and legal council)";
1.1.3. in the first offer of the second part of the word "Relevant Organ of the Executive Authority" shall be replaced with words "Judicial and legal council", and to exclude the words "execution of judgments" from this offer;
1.1.4. in the second offer of the second part of the word "Relevant Organ of the Executive Authority" shall be replaced with words "Judicial and legal council" and from this offer to exclude the words "in case of inability of the judge to fulfill the duties or vakantnost of judgeship fulfillment of duties of the judge is temporarily transferred to one of judges of other relevant court";
1.1.5. in part three of the word "Relevant Organ of the Executive Authority together with the Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "Judicial and legal council";
1.1.6. cancel the fourth part;
1.2. According to Article 87:
1.2.1. to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 87. Statistics of activity of the courts";
1.2.2. in part two of the word "Relevant Organ of the Executive Authority" shall be replaced with words "Judicial and legal council";
