"3. Pension, public welfare payment according to the statement of the receiver can be transferred into its account opened in bank. In this case persons receiving pensions or public welfare payments once in six months shall be marked out in the relevant local organ of the Pension fund of Turkmenistan. Passing of mark in the relevant local organ of the Pension fund of Turkmenistan can be performed through digital system.

The procedure for passing of mark of receivers of pensions or public welfare payments through digital system affirms as the relevant local organ of the Pension fund of Turkmenistan the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of Turkmenistan.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
