1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2022 No. 938 "About approval of the Concept of protection and development of the competition in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022 - 2026" the following changes and amendments:
add Item 2 with the subitem 3) of the following content:
"3) to represent intermediate results of execution of the Concept to Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan on quarterly basis, till the 5th following reporting quarter.";
in the Concept of protection and development of the competition in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022 - 2026 approved by the above-named Decree:
subsection "6.1. By the end of 2026" to state target indicators in the following edition:
"6.1. Target indicators by the end of 2026:
share of medium business in economy - not below VDS % 10,8 in GDP;
elimination of the barriers of entrance on the goods markets constraining competition development - at least 54 by the end of 2026.";
in subsection "6.2. The expected results by the end of 2026":
3) to exclude the subitem;
in the Action plan on implementation of the Concept of protection and development of the competition in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022 - 2026:
