About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of Turkmenistan

to add article 149 after part two with part of the following content:

"21. In the action for declaration about annulment of marriage, except specified in part two of this Article, the reasons and circumstances which led to annulment of marriage, excluding possibility of cohabitation of spouses and preserving family shall be accurately specified.";

to add Article 171 after Item 2 with Item of the following content:

"21) conducts interview with the parties on cases on annulment of marriage, previously finds out termination causes of scrap and, being guided by features of each case (living conditions of family, relation of family members, ensuring the best interests of children, attraction to case of representatives of the public and other circumstances), takes necessary measures for conciliation of the parties and carries out the corresponding work not to allow application of annulment of marriage actually for other purposes.";

add Article 180 with part of the following content:

"3. In the cases considered in production on family cases, personal participation of the parties is obligatory, except as specified findings of one of the parties outside Turkmenistan.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
