About introduction of amendments to the article I of the Law on registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts No. 170/2018
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the article I of the Law on registration of some vehicles and modification of some legal acts No. 170/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 490), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
state the prolog in the following edition:
"In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 and Customs code No. 95/2021:";
in Items 1 and 2 of the word "and the additional obligatory fares established according to the Law on Fonda of support of the population No. 827/2000" to exclude;
in Item 5 of the word "till September 1, 2022." shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2026.";
in Item 10 of the word" and to exclude the additional obligatory fares established according to the Law on Fonda of support of the population No. 827/2000".
Art. II. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
