1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 3, 2023 No. 315 "About approval of the instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects of defense industry, vulnerable in the terrorist relation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32437) the following change:
in the Instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects of defense industry, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, approved by the specified order:
4) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) system of video surveillance - set of surveillance cameras, data lines, program and technical means and storage of videos, and also the program and (or) technical means of management performing information exchange among themselves;".
2. To provide to department of defense industry complex of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
