1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2021 No. 515 "About some questions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring approved by the above-named Decree:
in Item 15:
1) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) implementation of collection, processing, the analysis and use of data and information on the transactions with money and (or) other property which are subject to financial monitoring according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing" (further - the Law);";
18) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"18) implementation of the state control of observance by the subjects of financial monitoring specified in subitems 7) (except for lawyers), 13), 15) and 16) Item 1 of article 3 of the Law, and also the accounting organizations and professional accountants performing business activity in the field of financial accounting, legislations of the Republic of Kazakhstan on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to financing of terrorism in the form of unscheduled inspection, preventive control with visit of subject (object) of control according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
add with subitems 35-1) and 35-2) of the following content:
"35-1) implementation according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of right of possession and uses of the state block of shares (share in the authorized capital) the organizations which are under authority of the Agency;
