About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2015 No. 51

1. Bring in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tek (fuel) "Report on remaining balance, receipt and fuel consumption", the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of June 16, 2015 No. 51, the following changes:
to state subitems 1.1 and 1.2 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.1. legal entities:
1.1.1. the subordinates (who are part) to state bodies (organizations), and also the share (share in authorized funds) of which are in state-owned property and are transferred to the control to state bodies (organizations), consuming and (or) realizing to the population fuel;
1.1.2. being members of holdings, consuming and (or) realizing to the population fuel;
1.1.3. without departmental subordination:
the oil products implementing to the population, including the gas liquefied;
the commercial organizations with average number of workers for calendar year of 50 and more people consuming and (or) realizing to the population fuel;
1.2. separate divisions of the legal entities listed in subitem 1.1 of this Item;";
to add part one of Item 37 with the paragraph of the following content:
"spills fuel – on production wood pellet and granules.";
from part three of Item 39 of the word", in particular" to exclude forestries;
in appendix to these Instructions:
from line 1742 the word", briquettes" to exclude;
after line 1743 to add appendix in line 1744 following of content:
