1. The pilot project is implemented for the purpose of enhancement and upgrade of procedure for carrying out the horizontal monitoring provided by Chapter 15 of the Tax code, including establishment of requirements to internal control system (further - SVK) and to information systems of the taxpayer for interaction, and also modification and amendments in the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
add with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. The simplified mode of horizontal monitoring consists in application of provisions of these rules, except for provisions SVK, the taxpayers specified in subitems 5) and 6) of Item 7 of these rules is relative.
The simplified mode of horizontal monitoring has the right to apply:
1) subjects of medium business;
2) subjects of big business.
These subitems of this Item extend to taxpayers who conduct accounting, tax, production and other types of the accounting connected with disclosure of indicators of tax statements in the software other than accounting system of SAP (Systemanalyse Programmentwicklung).";
