"41. Filling of other electronic document concerning the goods of electronic trading acquired by physical persons is made by the operator of electronic trading, with respect for the following features:
1) registration number of the register of data on goods is created as follows:
element 1 – code of customs authority;
element 2 – registration date of the register of MPO (day, month, two last figures of year);
