About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state symbols of the Republic of Tajikistan"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state symbols of the Republic of Tajikistan" of May 12, 2007 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 5, Art. 362; 2009, No. 9-10, of Art. 551; 2011, No. 3, Art. 162, No. 6, Art. 451; 2016, No. 11, Art. 892) following changes and amendments:
1. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:
"This Law determines the state symbols of the Republic of Tajikistan and regulates legal status, the description and procedure for their official use.".
2. Add with article 1 (1) the following content:
"Article 1 (1). State symbols of the Republic of Tajikistan
1. The state symbols of the Republic of Tajikistan are the Flag, the Coat of arms and the National Anthem.
2. National pride of each citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan is protection and respect of the state symbols, including knowledge by heart of the National Anthem.
3. In any situations it is necessary to treat the state symbols so that in relation to them disrespect was not shown.".
3. Add Article 6 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
"-on suits and other sports accessories with participation at republican and international sports competitions;".
4. To add part 1 of Article 8 with the paragraph the tenth the following content:
"-on suits and other sports accessories with participation at republican and international sports competitions;".
5. Regarding 1 Article 10:
- to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;
- in paragraph nine "schools" to replace the word with the word "organizations".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
