1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2002 No. 3 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the certificate of the wills and powers of attorney equated to notarially certified" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605,";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for the certificate of the wills and powers of attorney equated to notarially certified, approved by this resolution:
in part one to replace the word "appeals" with the word of "contest";
the second to state part in the following edition:
"Statements for contest of action according to the certificate of the will or the power of attorney equated to notarially certified, or refusal in its making move according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 374 Codes of civil legal proceedings of the Republic of Belarus.";
to add the paragraph of the seventh after the word "inheritances" with the words "or along with the testator";
the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
