About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2024 No. 752

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of transfer, acceptance and the information processing specified in the subitem "b" of Item 2 of part 9 and part 12 of article 22.1 of the Federal law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2024 No. 752 "About approval of Rules of transfer, acceptance and the information processing specified in the subitem "b" of Item 2 of part 9 and part 12 of article 22.1 of the Federal law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 24, the Art. 3301).
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
