Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 5, 2023 No. 1043-VIQ about creation of Agderinsky district of the Azerbaijan Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
2. In the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 23, 1998 No. 158 "About determination of new standard price of the earth in the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic (1998, No. 7, Article 477 (volume I) to make the following changes:
2.1. exclude the word "last" from the column "The Cadastral Price of Areas, Subdistricts and the Administrative Districts Entering It" of Items 8, 12 and 24 tables "The Normal Price of the Earth at the Cadastral Prices of Areas and Subdistricts" approved by this Resolution;
2.2. exclude the word "last" from the column "The Cadastral Price of Areas, Subdistricts and the Administrative Areas Entering It" of Items 8 and 12 of the table "The Correction Coefficients Applied to Calculation of Standard Price of Lands of the Administrative Areas Entering Areas and Subdistricts of the Cadastral Price" approved by this Resolution;
