About introduction of amendments to the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. Recognize invalid article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 14, 1999, No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law).
Article 2. In Item 8 of part 2 of article 20 of the Law of the word of "measurement (accounting)" shall be replaced with words "measurements, accounting".
Article 3. Regarding the 2nd article 45 of the Law of the word "measurement (accounting)" shall be replaced with words "measurement, accounting".
Article 4. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
