Bring in the subitem "v" of Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 9, 2023 No. 665 "About temporary procedure for execution before residents and foreign creditors of the state debt obligations of the Russian Federation expressed in government securities which nominal value is specified in foreign currency, and other obligations on foreign securities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, to No. 37, Art. 6814; 2024, No. 2, Art. 392, 393; No. 16, Art. 2210) following changes:
a) the fourth to add the paragraph with words ", and also obligations on transfer of payments for foreign bonds and eurobonds of the Russian Federation to the organizations called in the subitem "v" of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of October 15, 2022 No. 738 "About application of some presidential decrees of the Russian Federation" in which authorized capital share of the Russian Federation exceeds 50 percent";
b) in paragraph six of the word "before others, than specified in paragraph three of this subitem, persons" shall be replaced with words ", except for the obligations provided by paragraphs the third and fourth this subitem".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
