About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2023 No. 865
Based on article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" and in pursuance of Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2024 No. 100 "About the status of the Belarusian astronaut" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1596-XII
1. To add Item 3 of the Regulations on pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2023 No. 865, with the paragraph of the following content:
"to astronauts of the Republic of Belarus.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
