2. The Russian legal entities performing activities for employment abroad of seamen notify on the beginning of implementation of activities for employment abroad seamen the federal executive body performing functions on federal state control (supervision) in the field of work, employment, alternative civil service, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
3. The Russian legal entities performing activities for employment abroad of seamen shall observe the following requirements:
