Bring in the Federal Law of May 27, 1998 No. 76-FZ "About the status of the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 22, Art. 2331; 2006, No. 50, Art. 5281; 2007, No. 45, Art. 5431; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 6, Art. 558; 2022, No. 45, Art. 7664) following changes:
1) Article 28 to add with Item 3 following of content:
"3. Concerning the military personnel participating in special military operation in the territory of Ukraine or in certain areas of the Russian Federation in which territories martial law is imposed and also concerning the military personnel of military units (divisions) deployed (located) in the specified areas, features of involvement of such military personnel to disciplinary responsibility can be established by the Federal Laws.";
Article 28.4 to add 2) with Item 6 of the following content:
"6. In cases and on the bases which are provided by the Federal Laws concerning the military personnel participating in special military operation in the territory of Ukraine or in certain areas of the Russian Federation in which territories martial law is imposed and also concerning the military personnel of military units (divisions) deployed (located) in the specified areas, disciplinary arrest for making of gross minor offenses which such military personnel made during special military operation in these territories and in the specified areas is appointed by commanders of military units (chiefs of governing bodies of other troops), chiefs of bodies of military police or chiefs of garrisons.".
