About modification and amendments in the Law "About Indemnification, Caused to Life or Health of the Military Personnel in case of Defense of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In Item 1 of part 2 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 15, 2016, No. ZR-245 "About indemnification, caused to life or health of the military personnel in case of defense of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) to exclude the words "within five years".
Article 2. In article 4 of the Law:
To add 1) with part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. If after purpose of compensation payment the group of disability of the serviceman changes with the first on second or third, with the second on third, or there is change of extent of restriction of functionality of the serviceman with deep on heavy, average or easy, with heavy on average or easy, or the serviceman is not recognized the disabled person, then the compensation amounts appointed before change (including the amount of equal monthly payments), and also the 20-year term specified in part 2 of this Article are not subject to revision.".
2) in part 7th:

Article 3. Recognize parts 3-6 of article 31 of the Law invalid.
