1. Approve Regulations about shares in non-bank payment service providers it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid Item 1 of the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 159/2019 on approval of Regulations on shares in non-bank payment service providers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 203-207, the Art. 1078), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1460 of June 14, 2019.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. Within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to the non-bank payment service providers having the license of National Bank of Moldova for implementation of activities for provision of payment services and/or to release of electronic money issued based on the Law No. 114/2012 on payment services and electronic money to bring internal procedures into accord with provisions of this resolution.
