About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2019 No. 437 and of December 30, 2022 No. 951

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2019 No. 437 "About utilization of vehicles":
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2018 No. 159-Z "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus", Item 3 of Article 301, of subitem 1.3 of Item 1, of Item 2 of Article 302 and article 304 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
in Regulations on procedure and conditions of adoption of the obligation to provide the subsequent safe handling of the waste formed as a result of loss by vehicles of the consumer properties, approved by this resolution:
to add part one of subitem 2.3 of Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"on the technology including assembly, welding and coloring of the bearing frame, including longerons, or industrial production and installation of special and specialized options of execution of loading space, including platform, the van, dumping body, the bunker, tank, isothermal body and another, the generating, pumping unit and other specialized equipment on the chassis assembled in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which longerons of frames are made in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union - concerning vehicles of category O4, and also special and specialized vehicles of the specified category.";
