Part the fourth Article 5 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "Data (documents) on committed executive text and on the certified mediativny agreement are provided to the federal executive body taking measures for counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction for its request in connection with performed it transactions and transactions regarding their communication with legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, or terrorism financing.";
