About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Free Economic Zones"

Article 1. Items 10 and 11 of part 1 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 25, 2011, "About free economic zones" (further - the Law) after words of "amounts" to add No. ZR-193 with words ", and in case of the operators performing the types of activity provided by Items 8-10 of part 1 of article 14 of this law, also the conditions specified regarding 3.1 articles 7 of this Law".
Article 2. In article 7 of the Law:
1) to state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. The register of operators joins those applicants who got government approval on inclusion of the business plan in the register of operators of this free economic zone based on the positive conclusion of the commission and signed the contract with the organizer of this free economic zone. The organizer of this free economic zone cannot be the operator of this free economic zone.";
To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. The operators performing the types of activity provided by Items 8-10 of part 1 of article 14 of this law shall correspond to conditions of real presence in free economic zones. In the context of application of this part as conditions of real presence in free economic zones are considered:
