1. Recognize invalid the Instruction about submission of reports by the microfinancial organizations approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 52/6/2015 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, No. 184-192, the Art. 1119).
2. The last reporting according to appendices of the regulation specified in Item 1, will be performed for the second quarter 2024.
3. This resolution becomes effective on July 1, 2024.
