About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Funded Pensions"

Article 1. In Item 1 of part 7 of article 5 of the Law of December 22, 2010, No. ZR-244 "About funded pensions" (further - the Law) to exclude the words "and notaries".
Article 2. In Item 1 of part 7 of article 5 of the Law, Item 3 parts 2 Articles 6, Item 2 parts 3, part item 4 4, of part 5, Item 3 parts 2 Articles 9, Item 1 of part 5 to replace the words "in system of the receipts tax and patent tax" with the words "in system of the receipts tax".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
